A steel frame standing on site under a clear sky

Our work

Twenty years of frames that went up the way they were drawn

Project homes, multi-residential, commercial design and construct, and buildings finished off-site before they ever reached a slab.

Project homes

Designed to install with ease

Volume lowset and two-storey starts, detailed to minimise site labour and waste — and to cut the cost that follow-on trades charge for working around someone else’s frame.

Multi-residential and townhouses

Where repetition is the whole opportunity

A unit type resolved once is resolved for every unit that follows it. Coordination across repeated units is what decides whether a multi-residential program holds its dates.

Commercial design and construct

Sales centres, recreation and leisure

Light gauge steel and hybrid truss work for commercial design and construct — project home builder display centres, recreation facilities and leisure centres.

Off-site and modular

Finished as far as it can be, indoors

Modular buildings, floor cassettes and wet area pods for education, commercial offices and student accommodation. Work done under cover, at bench height, on a controlled line — and not on your site.

Affordable and export housing

Sub-floor systems, granny flats and CKD kits

Remote housing, export houses and granny flats, with pre-cut service ports and flat-pack efficiency designed in rather than added on.
