What you are actually buying
Resolved in design, not discovered on site
The building is engineered in full detail before anything is manufactured. Clashes and buildability problems get closed out while they are still a drawing revision — the cheapest place any problem can be solved.
Detailed by carpenters and builders
The people detailing your frames and trusses have stood them. They are optimising for how it lifts, where the crew starts and what the chippie hits at 7am, because they have done that job themselves.
Engineering in-house
Trade knowledge and engineering under one roof, with no gap between them for details to fall through. We produce the documentation a certifier needs, so the approval proceeds without a separate engineering scope.
Installed, not improvised
Bracing, lintels, tie-downs and service penetrations go in at the factory. Frames arrive complete and in erection sequence, so crews and production lines execute a solved design instead of interpreting one.
The design office
The product is everything that happens before the frame reaches site
A car maker designs the chassis first, because the chassis decides what the rest of the vehicle is allowed to become. A building's frame does the same job — and usually gets treated as a late procurement line.
Frames are installed. They are not built on site, and not worked out on the fly on a factory line.
